Mesmeric Luxury — Shipping & Delivery Overview

 • Standard production time is 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
 • Complex or large-scale commissions may require additional time as specified.
 • Each artwork is wrapped in premium protective bubble wrap.
 • Securely placed inside a custom-made wooden crate for safe transit.
 • Complimentary shipping across India and Overseas.
 • Trusted carriers such as DHL and DTDC ensure reliable delivery.
 • Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days after dispatch, subject to custom clearance for international orders.
 • Tracking details shared via Email once shipped.
 • Shipping charges is included in the final price.
 • MESMERIC aims to cover all known duty paid delivery (DDP) for global recipients, but any unseen duty/tax case of unfortunate circumstances or change of regulations or unclear duty/tax, MESMERIC shall NOT be held responsible for that payment. 
 • Clients are requested to provide accurate and complete shipping details, we are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided to us.
 • If a package arrives visibly damaged, please document it with photographs and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
